Bella Charca is a high-end gated community in Nolanville, located on the eastern edge of Harker Heights, less than a mile away from Interstate-14. Begun in 2005, the community features the area’s elite builders, to include Flintrock Builders. Homes are between 2300 and 3500 square feet featuring modern inspired designs. It is one of the few home owner association communities in the Fort Hood area, which provides for the beautiful park and gated amenities.
