Shawn Stolle, Vice President of Construction and Purchasing Operations, grew up in a small Central Texas town, the son of a Framing Company owner and an insurance agent. Shawn learned his hard work ethic, high morals, the value of honest Trade Partner relationships and high-quality standards from his parents by working with them framing and remodeling homes during summers. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where he met his true love and was part of the Longhorn Football program. Shawn has 29 years of experience in the Central Texas residential construction market, 22 years of that with the three largest builders in the United States in management positions all the way up to Vice President of Construction Operations. Shawn’s biggest motivators are faith, family and teamwork. He loves to spend time with his family, hunt, and enjoy football games. Shawn joined the Flintrock Builders family so that he could use his years of experience to help grow the Flintrock Builders Team into a top National Builder.
Emily Marin is born and raised in Killeen, TX. After graduating from Ellison High School, she earned a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing from Texas A&M Central Texas. Family, friends, and her faith in God drive her to achieve her goals. “The Flintrock team truly cares about each other and makes sure to reflect their values through each home to build an even greater community. Desmond Graham, V.P. of Sales & Marketing, is originally from Dothan, Alabama, but certainly no stranger to Central Texas. His Father was an officer in the military and settled his family in Copperas Cove in 1993. Desmond graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. After college, he returned to the Killeen area to pursue a career in real estate which has been successful for over 10 years. Desmond’s success is by no accident, but the culmination of his hard work, perseverance, and sacrifice. Victoria Herndon is born and raised in Round Rock, Texas. She has 8+ years of experience in the real estate & new construction industry, with knowledge on both administrative and interior design. She is motivated by her amazingly supportive husband, and their two young boys. Chanelle Kapono is originally from Ke’anae Maui, Hawaii but was raised in Killeen when her Father’s military career brought him to Fort Hood in 1991. With over 4+ years in real estate, she is inspired to make a good life alongside her husband and their 5 children. K.C. Jones, Online Sales Counselor, is a C.E. Ellison High School graduate with military roots who believes that the only way to do great work is to love what you do. The University of North Texas in Denton got her prepared for several years in hotel management and real estate. She worked as a Realtor with RE/MAX and Keller Williams, as well as several builders surrounding Fort Worth. Craig Langford, V.P. of Development, grew up in Killeen, Texas and moved to San Antonio in 2008 to attend The University Texas at San Antonio graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development. He later attended St. Mary’s School of Law where he obtained his law degree in 2016. After being admitted to the bar he went to work in private practice at a law firm in Victoria, Texas from 2016-2021. Craig is driven by his desire to be successful, well-rounded, dependable and a respected person in the community. He believes that everyone should take pride in their work and perform to the best of their abilities. “What helped me decide to come to Flintrock is the way they treat their employees and the pride they take in their work. Cody Sulak, CFO, considers himself a “small town” guy from the city of West, Texas. Cody strives for perfection and settles for excellence. As a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, his passion for excellence is never overrated. He has over 6 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer of a multi-location auto dealership group and he has also consolidated three separate accounting offices into one. Cody builds best practices while maintaining his faith as well as being a farmer on his family farm. “I am so blessed to work for Flintrock and be surrounded by owners that are passionate about success. Chris Doose, CEO, is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and a third-generation Central Texas based home builder & developer. After graduating from St. Edwards University with a B.A. in Business, Chris excelled at positions in home building and construction. These opportunities provided Chris insight into the intricacies of everything from single & multi-family homes, to commercial development, and ultimately the establishment of Flintrock Builders. Alongside his family, Chris is an award-winning home builder whose core is to provide quality at an attainable price. “Our passion for customers, strength in craftsmanship, interior design, and years of knowledge is what sets us apart.
