Flintrock Field Day 2024
At Flintrock Builders, we believe in the mantra: Have Fun, Work Hard. This philosophy was on full display during our recent Company Field Day, a vibrant celebration where our entire team came together for a day of laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition. We enjoyed inflatable obstacle courses, exhilarating jousting matches, axe throwing, and lively games of cornhole with amazing coworkers. This event truly highlighted the strong bonds we share, reinforcing that our culture is a vital part of our success.
As Chris Doose, our Owner and CEO, passionately states, “I want my legacy to be that they were happy. They found the place where they could thrive. We want this sense of togetherness, this sense of community. That’s the most valuable thing we have. You connect with the people that matter, and that’s how you change their lives.”
With three generations of Flintrock Builders in Central Texas, our commitment to fostering a positive work environment runs deep. We’ve experienced the challenges of the home-building industry together—unpredictable outcomes, rising costs, and the pressures that come with the territory. Yet, it’s our strong sense of community and teamwork that helps us overcome these obstacles.
At Flintrock, we treat every employee like family. Trust and camaraderie are at the heart of our work culture, ensuring that each team member feels valued and empowered. Our proud history as a multi-year Parade of Homes winner is a testament to our dedication, but what truly sets us apart is the supportive environment we cultivate daily.
We’re more than just a building company; we’re a community that prioritizes connection and collaboration. Our team thrives on open communication and shared goals, making it easier to celebrate each other’s successes and support one another during challenges. This nurturing atmosphere allows us to maintain our commitment to excellence in everything we do.
Together, we’re not just building homes; we’re building a legacy of happiness, teamwork, and unforgettable experiences.
