Randy Birdwell serves as an advisor for Flintrock Builders. He has 46 years of high-volume production building experience including 30 years as Company Owner, President, CEO or Chairman. His award winning company, Emerald Homes, was sold to DHI, which led to the nationalization of the Emerald brand. While at DHI, Birdwell managed $2.3 billion in assets – 12 housing divisions, which closed 23,000 homes in one year. He is the past president of the Greater Houston Builders Association and the Texas Association of Builders and a Senior Life Delegate and former National Vice President of NAHB. Randy was a national recognized educator, Professor and Senior Fellow at Texas A&M University. Mr. Birdwell has also been inducted into the Housing Hall of Honor in November 2024. X

Chris Doose, CEO, is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and a third-generation Central Texas based home builder & developer. After graduating from St. Edwards University with a B.A. in Business, Chris excelled at positions in home building and construction. These opportunities provided Chris insight into the intricacies of everything from single & multi-family homes, to commercial development, and ultimately the establishment of Flintrock Builders. Cody Sulak, CFO, considers himself a “small town” guy from the city of West, Texas. Cody strives for perfection and settles for excellence. As a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, his passion for excellence is never overrated. He has over 6 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer of a multi-location auto dealership group and he has also consolidated three separate accounting offices into one. Desmond Graham, Division President, is originally from Dothan, Alabama, but certainly no stranger to Central Texas. His Father was an officer in the military and settled his family in Copperas Cove in 1993. Desmond graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. After college, he returned to the Killeen area to pursue a career in real estate which has been successful for over 10 years. Desmond’s success is by no accident, but the culmination of his hard work, perseverance, and sacrifice. Craig Langford, V.P. of Development, grew up in Killeen, Texas and moved to San Antonio in 2008 to attend The University Texas at San Antonio graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development. He later attended St. Mary’s School of Law where he obtained his law degree in 2016. After being admitted to the bar he went to work in private practice at a law firm in Victoria, Texas from 2016-2021. Craig is driven by his desire to be successful, well-rounded, dependable and a respected person in the community. Jon Enterkin brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role as Flintrock Builders’ Investor Relations Manager. With a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Texas, Jon combines deep financial expertise with exceptional business acumen. Having grown up in Copperas Cove as part of a military family, Jon understands the importance of discipline, commitment, and community. As Flintrock's third employee, he has held a variety of pivotal roles, including Superintendent, Quality Assurance Manager, Warranty Manager, Purchasing Manager, Comptroller, and Government Affairs Manager, before stepping into his current position. Jon’s passion lies in fostering transparent communication between Flintrock and its investors. He thrives on building trust, conveying the company’s vision, and nurturing relationships that drive growth and success. His key strengths include a people-first approach, robust business knowledge, and a deep understanding of finance.
