Generations of Homebuilders
Flintrock Builders has roots that run deep. C.A. Doose & Co., Inc. was established in 1895 by the great-grandfather of our CEO, Chris Doose, making this a four-generation story of entrepreneurs, three of whom were homebuilders.
Chris’s grandmother, Betty Lou Langford, first introduced him to the building industry. After honing his craft with companies like Lennar and Turner Construction, Chris found his home in Central Texas. In 2010, in the depths of the Great Recession, he bet on himself and this market. It turned out to be exactly the right call.
Redefining the Standard of Homebuilding
Since then, Flintrock has become synonymous with quality, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. We’ve consistently swept the Central Texas Parade of Homes and built a culture that genuinely puts people first.
We don’t do things the way they’ve always been done. Chris’s pink Crocs will tell you that much. Bold, diverse, and driven to do things better, every home we build is a place where life happens, memories are made, and legacies begin. We’d love for yours to be next.
