Getting Started on the BuildPro Warranty Portal
HOMEOWNERS WHO CLOSED AFTER 10/1, follow the steps below.
- Check your email for a message from BuildPro (this would have been sent on the day you conducted your PCC). The email would have come from noreply@hyphensolutions.net or BuildPro.
- Follow the prompts from the email to set your personal warranty portal.
- Once your portal is set up, you can submit and track all warranty requests directly online.
