Among the honorees was Construction Manager Christian Olivares, recipient of the Maverick Award. Christian was recognized for his exceptional construction timelines, consistent quality in past QA reports, and his efficient management of resources with minimal material waste. His precision and accountability set a high standard for excellence on every job site.

Community Sales Manager Samantha Scheer also stood out with an impressive 26 net sales for the quarter, demonstrating her unmatched dedication to helping families find their forever homes and her deep understanding of the homebuying journey.

The community of Bella Charca earned top recognition based on Community Reports that consistently praised its pristine condition, and the high standards upheld within the model home. Community Sales Manager Tori Herndon, Customer Care Representative Jeff Fish, and Construction Manager Martin Camero were applauded for their leadership and hands-on commitment to creating a well-maintained, welcoming environment that reflects the heart of Flintrock’s mission.
